Shopping for xmas eve ingredients is finished - every year I make a Puerto Rican dish for my ex, and my kids help, so they learn the recipe. There will be just one kid here this year.

I found a couple of things I forgot to put in a package, so I'll mail them early on Monday and hopefully they'll squeak in at least before week's end.

It's a heavily overcast drizzly day, there is a somber mood over the house. Time to put a movie on or watch to one of my NetFlix comedy discs. They've been here for a long time, I need to send them back and set something else (I stream mostly these days).
