I am highly skeptical of stories about dire consequences of relieving oneself on an electrified rail. (One of them goes back to the 18th century -- it is said that Benjamin Franklin deterred the patrons of a neighboring tavern by coating the wall of his shop with foil & electrifying it with a Leyden jar.) Casual observation suggests that the stream would have broken up into drops long before it hit the conductor.
