There's a really nice stretch of canal in the middle of Hertford that I've managed to
purloin, at very reasonable cost, for use as a jet-ski training school. The landlord of the Old Barge has kindly consented to the use of his beer garden for jet-ski refuelling. I did have to promise the council that we'd stop at midnight, the killjoys.
