Glad you are planning on going to the bereavement group Linn. No pat on the head here, but a warm hug. And I can only imagine how this winter weather and isolation and that goes with feet of snow piled everywhere can add to feeling beleaguered.

And likely it eventually will be alright   But 'alright' will be something different from what it was before you lost Tom.
