You know the one, the one during the period 2005 to 2008 where you stood a better chance of surviving as a member of a foot patrol in Sangin District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan than going into that hospital's Accident & Emergency Department (British Armed Forces losses between 2001 & 2014 in Afghanistan = 453 - What was the "apparently high mortality rates in patients admitted as emergencies" in the Stafford Hospital A&E between 2005 and 2008?
