I love me some waltzes, I do, I do & play them for dances regularly

In the US, many waltzes have gotten into frequent usage through Bill Matthiesen's Waltz Books where the above can be found as well as the very popular:
Ashokan Farewell
Far Away
Amelia

Don't know why, but the waltzes with accidentals always seem to snag my interest. (as in 6 of the 7 above) In recent years, I've not met anyone playing regularly who isn't familiar with Ashokan Farewell.
