Iarf: In my opinion, it matters not how difficult a day one is having, how difficult a week or month one is having, that does not justify one belittling, or casting aspersions on a fellow Mudcatter. It's immaterial that it was Rick. It could just as easily have been you, me, or any other member of the community that he/she chose to attack.
It's just not right, and saying, "I'm sorry," will not ensure that it won't happen again.
A flamer is just that. They get their kicks out of flaming, and as far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve any sympathy at all from any of us.
I'm sure all of us have our own problems, but most of us find some way to cope with them other than attacking others.
