I used to have a Watkins Dominator and a Linear 50 too, back in the 60s. And a Watkins Copycat echo-unit that used tape-loops like it was going out of fashion - at least three per gig. Jolly Sunday afternoons spent cutting up recording tape from a reel, and splicing it into loops for the following week's gigs and rehearsals. Couldn't afford the 'proper' shop-bought Watkins loops.
