I'm glad to hear of a humane and intelligent vote, but get real. "Changed utterly?"

Does Ireland suddenly have no unemployment?
Is there not one hungry person left?
Is there no longer any alcoholism or drug abuse?
Does each child have a stable and loving home?
Is there no prostitution?

If you could answer yes to all those, then that would be a nation changed utterly.
