I was deeply shocked to learn of the sudden death last Sunday of my dear friend Katy Andrews. She was mainly involved in things other than the London folk scene, but the sad news seems not yet to have reached everyone who knew her in that context, hence this posting. In particular another of her friends would like to contact my namesake, another Richard, who lived in either Teddington or Twickenham.
