Wake at 7, tea and the paper and up at 8 usually. That doesn't count all the times in the night my old man's bladder gets me up- at least I always go straight back to sleep!
Doctor: "How are your bowels?"
"I have a regular movement every morning at 8"
"That's good"
"Nor really, I don't get up till 9".
