solution seems to be working great; small dishes, one large one where they are just swarming. adding some water every day.

our heat wave here in Portland continues unabated, along with our less-than usual drought. continuing to deep water every day. (in eastern WA., where I used to live, these temperatures were normal. and 0 humidity.)

at least w/ the heat, I am staying indoors and getting picked up, a bit. can't-have-anyone-over syndrome is in full swing.
