Over the course of several months I have visited several Goodwill stores in town and picked up the expensive acrylic storage jars with a metal hinge and clasp. A couple of them need gaskets, and I'll eventually find those. Many were intact, and none of them cost more than $3, about 10% of the cost at the Container Store in town. I freeze grains, beans, etc. for a while before I put them into storage jars to keep at room temperature.

Today's visit to Goodwill was to drop off only. A large bag that I finished filling with some ancient tent, tarp, and camping sleep pad stuff from the garage. A lot of this is going to go straight to the fiber recyclers, but some of it is simply items that were mismatched here, outgrown clothes, etc.

After sweeping the back patio the concrete was hosed down and outdoor patio furniture is due to be rearranged and a couple of pieces are coming out of the garage.
