Who knew? mag and I can both look for those seeds. There is an spot beside the door into the house where I have a slatted workbench. I put tender plants under there to get a little less bright light and direct heat while they're getting established. That might be to place to start something like this.

I'm to the point where I have enough space for new planting so have to decide what to put in. I'm dying without fresh peppers, so that is top of the list. I'll put in some new healthy eggplant, and start some fresh squash. I have seeds for okra that may grow just about as fast as bedding plants at this point. I'll make some planting mounds, put out mulch, and get ready for the second growing season (fall) for the majority of my garden produce this year.

I told my friend that if she has jobs she usually has to hunt for someone to pay to do that she should just hire me to do them. That way she knows they will get done and I can use the cash. The kid she sometimes hires doesn't know the weeds from the flowers apparently, so the results are mixed at best. I see more garden weeding in my future.
