Regarding the club bank account mentioned above on 23 July posting, we have £89.94 in HSBC at Epworth, and as I am in possession of the chequebook I suppose I am the unofficial treasurer. In case there are any rumours circulating about my recent lack of attendance at the club, I am not sending this from my sunlounger on Copacabana beach, spending the club fortune on wine, women and song! Apologies for my absence, but I am still alive, still playing wrong notes very loudly, and will try to put an appearance in sometime.
