I've never been afraid to take risks, Amos, but I should think the risk would be far greater where you live, since you have a national health care system that barely rivals that of the early medieval period in Europe. It is my understanding that you have fled to Mexico on occasion to avoid the ridiculously high cost of medical care in the USA.
