And Chumpo is just a grown-up pork chop. I understand that "bush meat" is quite tasty, especially with a chili-and-plantain sauce. "Short pig," we can call it. Or perhaps "squatty pig." Or "waddle pig." Chumpo with crayfish...hmmm....
