Yay! Looking forward to seeing Janie and MMario and Ernie and Amos and Kendall and Jacqui and Tami and Mike and Joe and Dani-- and (I'm sure I've left out a few...) all the rest of you!

By the way, we did have a bit of sad news: Jill Rogoff won't be able to make it after all. She injured her arm or shoulder and that, along with another health issue, has forced her to cancel her US tour. Too bad! We're still working on seeing if we can get another Guest to fill that spot.

The program committee is working hard, and if we could only get certain people to commit to coming, we'd be in great shape. But whoever shows up, I know it will be a great Getaway. We've been doing this for over 50 years now, and we've never had a bad one yet!
