Sweet and somewhat creamy, but don't overdress the slaw - too much dressing makes the bun too soggy, and sweet because if vinegary the dressing is thin and watery and and soaks the bun, turning the already steamed bun into an unpalatable, doughy mess - a textural insult to the mouth and tongue.
