Beaver:

I cannot believe I did it! R asked me to get up on the truck and help lift the kiln onto the tailgate. In spite of believing there was "no way", I did it. This kiln seemed heavier than some - or I am weaker. Kiln and canoe - light as a feather! were safely on board and we got home in time for the wonderful delivery of a beautiful brand new stove by a wonderful musician, who was, then, going to look at buying a guitar. We had a great visit and hope to see her again when she comes this way.

R picked up my exer-cycle in our, finally repaired, Van and today I did 3 tenths of a mile only. After yesterday, which seemed to go on forever, I am due a day of almost total rest but managing to fine tune the K plan and listing other tasks our friends can accomplish in due time.

The addition of the little fridge, which I believe will be quite adequate, indicates that adding something can also be a de-clutter. So much easier than digging through the cooler and keeping it supplied with ice! Also nice to have the comfortable love seat. Maybe the next time a truck comes, there will be a sofa, the hoosier cupboard and ... However, R declares he is going to Montana (soon but un-stipulated) and will not be back for two months. He still has not decided whether plane or driving; if driving, he expects me to go also.

Each bit of sorting and organizing helps, as I find energy for a few minutes of work then a rest period. Hoping to get the energy and inclination to make screens for the two BR windows; I have the makings, and the duct tape that was holding the screening in place is dying. Would be delighted to manage to clean the LR floor and do another coat of varathane before bedtime. HOPE!

Wonderful heavy rain last night and a beautiful breeze this afternoon.
