There was ZERO help from anybody. Not our problem it's yours . We were left on our own as a Community. Seriously we have 2 Solicitors, 2 Barristers and a High Court Judge and they could find no help whatsoever. Until you find yourself in this position you cannot comprehend the trauma. It was me that found the new legislation that finally solved our problem. I sincerely hope that you are not exposed to this problem. Just imagine that someone fly grazes your garden. You now have full responsibility for those horses and if they die you must bear the costs of disposing of the carcass , about £800.
