A delightful day mostly spent enjoying the house made more functional and attractive by all those projects.

Newbie took to her crate besutifully; I think she was in and out of enough dog catchers' crates to find this one quite luxurious! She slept about 2 hours in it quite happily this AM (when I had to go back to bed), and was delighted to get into it in the hatchback of the car-- so I took her for about a half-hour ride, including an extended stop at the vet's office to pick up shot records. And she waited calmly and quietly.

Tomorrow I rendezvous with Hardi and we swap dogs-- Biscuit is going home with him and Faulkner coming to Ohio for the rest of the month.

More Liberation Library films afried today. One was 'Cocoon,'so I watched it when I couldn't get back to sleep at 4am. Marvelous!
