Down 2.8 pounds this week. :)

No decluttering taking place today but instead we went for a ride out in the woods. The leaves are so beautiful and the temperature today was perfect! I had a great WW meeting this morning, the program has changed a bit and I am really liking the changes going on in the meeting....I find the discussions really interesting and motivational. We have a nice group of people and I look forward to seeing them. :) Then home to make breakfast which was a challenge as my fridge is somewhat bare at the moment....well, not bare but lacking in diabetic friendly options...so we made quesadillas with cheese, ham, a tiny bit of pepperoni and red peppers with tomato sauce for dipping. Then we were off to the woods, stopping along the way at a local orchard to pick up a bag of fresh Ida Reds and Honey Crisp apples...both a favorite in our house.   We did lots of leaf peeping, I took some photos (see FB) and just overall enjoyed each other's company. My aunt is visiting from downstate and so I will spend tomorrow with her and my nana. Tomorrow is Jeremiah's soccer game and then my week is fairly open which is a good thing as I need to prepare for an upcoming quilting retreat. It takes me forever to decide just what projects I want to take, all the sewing doo-dads that will be needed and I also like to have all my fabric cut before I go...that can be long and tedious depending on the project. I am looking forward to the process of selection, packing and the actual retreat.
