My Work Ethic is quite clear - if the work is engaging, or socially valuable then I can, and do work more than the hours I'm paid to work if necessary. But I feel I owe nothing to exploitive employers who hold the view that my purpose on earth is to work in order to line their own pockets while treating workers as something on the bottom of their shoe.
