Well, I spent 12 plus years in an old house museum where I saw and experienced a number of unexplained things. One of them was when a docent, there for the summer, asked me to come to her bedroom to help her find her red socks so she could go do her laundry. I helped her move things around but they were not to be found. She decided that they had to wait until next time and left. Some time later she came back upstairs and I heard her call me: Oh, she said. You found them! I hadn't been back in her room but in the middle of her white chenille bedspread (remember those?) were her red socks.

A tenant told me, the manager of an apartment building years later, that she was moving, that her unit was haunted, that she had seen a dinner fork fly across the room.

I told the owner that I would move into that unit, that I didn't give a flying fork about it. :) PS I never saw anything mid-air.
