Janie, Here is a link to a piece of music I composed, that is now being used in 6 hospitals in 4 states, for psych and cardio therapy. The cardiologist told me that "...there is a LOT of healing in this music.."
Try it, it will take you away, and play a movie in your head...but it's YOUR own movie....makes healing a bit easier.
When I took in a stack of CD's, for the cardiologist, and hospital, I gave them permission to copy and use them...no licensing..or money stuff...free. So, Mudcatters get that too...You WILL heal...I wish it a comfortable one!!
