I spent time this evening doing research for future eBay listings. It's an interesting rabbit hole once you get going on some of these subjects. I have a handful of old coins from a family estate. I don't collect them and they usually stay tucked away out of sight for years at a time. I decided that if I keep any they should be displayed and searched on mounts and bails - I have an 1883 Morgan silver dollar that is gorgeous, and would wear as a necklace. There is also a big old Mexican coin, but that would probably require a special mount and bail. It's an 1822 Mexican Revolution 8 reale silver coin that is so large it is almost a hub cap. :-)

I'm shifting to healthier eating this autumn. Not in time to lose weight before an upcoming annual physical, but in time to feel better soon. The garden was such a mess most of the year that I didn't have the large volume of vegetables to encourage healthy eating - I got into a carb habit that added several pounds. That is shifting this fall as I bring in several peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, or tomatoes a day. I have a squash casserole for lunch this week - onions, peppers, tomato sauce, garlic and herbs from the garden, a chopped store-bought zucchini, some grated Parmesan, and a handful of pasta to make it pretty.
