Everyone was happy, so I can go on living for a while yet. The mimosas were good, although Kobels and not Moet et Chandon was used and the orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, but this wasn't part of my duties. The popovers expanded to about six inches over the top of the cups. I, of course, stayed in the corner with the ashes and served those at table and was only kicked six or eight times!
