I did not see Bill Clinton as an inspirational leader, although he did have a sleazy charm.....an excellent politician? I suppose Tony Blair was also "an excellent politician"........not exactly a compliment. Both were crooks, devious self serving and completely immoral, egos adrift.

No particular benefit to society.
