Last night I watched a couple of regular programs and worked on the new wool yarn knots on the comforter I seem to have been working on forever. The first acrylic yarn is not staying tied and the strands separated into funny looking little static spots on the flannel, so I'm replacing them with wool, a double strand double knotted, and a spot of fabric glue on each knot.

It's a mix of computer work and eBay listings today. Virtual decluttering.

I'm back on the alternate day fasting, using some information about the types of carbs (I need to get off of sugar, no doubt about it, but I also need to shift to healthier carbs and work on the gut health, which helps with general overall comfort and weight loss.) No waiting till the New Year for a resolution, this is something that needs to be in place now over the food-treacherous holiday season.
