Or perhaps Panama before the canal: Yellow Fever, malaria, dengue fever, clap, schistosomiosis, cholera, tuberculosis, spontaneous amputation, guinea worm, silicosis, measles, pertussis, Ross River fever, coccidioidomycosis, HFMD, infectious pododermatitis, black hairy tongue, and similar musical groups.
