Beaver:

FIRST - a Happy birthday email to Troy. My poor little 6 pound baby - now a beautiful, guitar playing, retired adult!

With the car mostly unloaded, there is considerable organizing needed - manana. Bought a portable clothes washer at the second hand shop this morning, delivered just before they closed at noon! Then a contractor/friend came to look at possibility of a new tub - will send me a price.

I picked up a needed part for the washer, this aft at my fav store in the whole world - Agnew's General Store in Wilberforce; I covered their 75th long enough ago that they are soon due for a 100th! A store that has changed with the times - catering to the cottagers with interesting clothes as well as useful items and a great hardware department! I bought a pair of warm socks with red moose and "Wilberforce, Ontario" on them! And two pair of especially warm winter socks. Went to the craft show and had a nice lunch of chili and bought two nice warm, crocheted. hats in nifty colours ($10 for both!)

Then spent the aft and eve with friends on Elephant lake - 3 generations. Came home and wrote an email of encouragement to the son , who will soon have the care of a disabled cousin and, I fear, a dear mom who is starting to lose it. Not too sure about the dad.

Tomorrow I must run out and get laundry detergent and start de-cluttering the clothes of dirt! I am SO happy! And sort out the studio, hopefully throw some pots; and reorganize a whole lot of stuff!

There was a small plaque at Agnew's about going off on adventures to find out where you are meant to be. This is where I am meant to be.
