I'm working on a mystery - somewhere in the house, probably still on a pants hanger, is a pair of jeans. Of three I've been wearing this fall, the favorite pair has gone walkabout. Probably hiding in plain sight.

The kitchen is slowly improving, the kitchen table slightly better. I'm about to start moving furniture around, large chairs mostly, to make better use of the front room where I once had a huge futon that I finally gave to the Salvation Army (a story from last year, and the confirmation of why selling anything via Craig's List is almost a lost cause.) The rocking chair will come out of my daughter's room and in turn I'll then be able to organize some of the space that was blocked by that chair so craft items can go back to her room (that is also my sewing room) so I can have the big dining table clear for when company is here later this month. It's a domino effect around the house.
