I listened to the song on the album and I also wonder why Jackie DeShannon sings "Baby Let Me Follow You Round"? Like Lin said, only once Jackie sings the correct words and that is strange because she got it right the one time but keeps singing many times throughout the song, "Baby Let Me Follow You Round"
Wonder if it was intentional or she just didn't realize her error at the time when recording it?
