Steve was great company, a lovely bloke and a fine singer. He and Maggie always made us very welcome in the Whitby Station sessions, and when Derek first brought his bike to Whitby, Steve took him out on the moors and showed him some good rides. We'll miss him greatly and send all best wishes to Maggie and the family - sadly we won't be able to get to the funeral.
