I was driving (automobile) across the Mohave Desert (USA) 25 years ago...zoomed into a G.K. broadcast....I thought I had dropped into a "time warp hole."

It took awhile for friends to introduce me to recordings such as, "Keepers."

The time warp was real....I realized it when letters addressed to the "Kitty Boutique" and requests for "Buttermilk Bisquets" were returned to sender - address unknown...
