Good weekend of good music and visits. Not much else - Dishes washed! So, on Monday, I announced BF out - so there would be no mess and I could get on the road. And so it came to pass. Arrived back about 3:30, cleared ashes from stove, got a fire going, checked Bathroom for heat - YAY! the new outlet did work and the room was above freezing! The house was about 32F! Af. violets and poinsettia did not like it that cold but others were fine. Nothing froze under the sinks. Thanks to "Acme" for the idea!

Dashed off to a meeting at A Place for the Arts - pretty good meeting - major issue of communication was well addressed and today there were excellent emails letting us know what is happening! - De-cluttering an issue that was weighing on me.

Unloaded car, found temp spots for everything. Picked up formica for Hoosier cabinet's counter, started removing the ceramic tiles, de-cluttered the hair on my head at Gary's - a couple months overdue! Brought in LOTS of wood and cleared deck of soft ice and snow, twice. Scotch mist and sometimes rain and sleet. Yicky but just at freezing/not freezing point. Colder tonight. Almost 5:30 and still light!
