A video, released by the FBI, of the shooting is here. It is 26 and half minutes long and shows how the white truck (that of the guy who was shot) drives away from the traffic stop, attempts to run around a road block, and the driver comes out, runs a few stops, reaches into his coat a couple of times, and is shot by the Oregon State Police.
