"Just downloaded a free kindle copy of Diet for a small planet"

About ten years after the book came out the first time back in the 1960s(?) the author had reconsidered the mixing/matching of complementary proteins and decided (due to scientific evidence new after the book had first come out) that the proteins didn't have to be eaten in the same meal but rather in the same 24-hour period. I ecpect the Kindle book will reflect that change from the original.
