Such sad news and a huge loss for his family and mountain of friends and colleagues. Great memories of him raising the rafters of the Pier at an early Cleethorpes Folk Festival...Fathom the Bowl had never sounded better.
He accepted an invitation to come and sing for us at the Bermuda Folk Club...must be almost 40 years ago....I remember it as if it were yesterday....
One of the kindest men I have ever met....and I hope he rests in peace.
