When you don't shop very often those trips stand out. I've also adopted a form of that no spend challenge, in order to make myself draw down the contents of my freezer. Tonight I thawed some spaghetti sauce and pulled out a few pre-breaded and fried slices of eggplant and assembled eggplant Parmesan for dinner (I have a brick of mozarella in the fridge).

Congratulations on the weight loss - and I hope this is just "shrinking pains," so to speak. There can be consequences of rapid weight loss, but you've been working on this slow and steady, so hopefully it is nothing. I remember reading that people who go in for gastric bypass often end up having their gallbladders removed first because they get messed up by the body chemistry with so little food going through.

And as a complete aside, did you know that we each have highly individualized flora in our belly buttons? And that scientists know more about the surface of the moon than they do about that belly button flora (I made that up, but it sounds about right according to the rest of what I heard in that news segment a while back). ;-)
