Well, judging from the chart, it looks like Scalia was about a 'conservative' as Stevens was 'liberal'. It seems to balance out. The most extreme were, in order of extremes)Douglas, Rehnquist, Marshall, and Portas.....why aren't you railing ALL the extremists, who are already dead??
