I think Finlay Allison / Stramash were behind upgrading the unofficial cd to the official one, and they were being sold as fundraisers for the condition John had / succumbed to (sorry I have forgotten the name of it)
I will contact Anne N, Biff and Finlay -- also try to remember to listen to my own cd, transcribe the words - eventually!
