Information about sessions in Buxton (Derbyshire) is typically hard to find. I'm there at the moment. The entry in traditionalmusic.co.uk lists two defunct ones, one with Chris Rockcliffe as a contact - he died in 2008.

Anyway, tonight I found a dead friendly bluegrass/Americana/English session, just before closing time. The Ale Stop, first Monday of the month. The licence is only till 10pm (it's an odd hole-in-the-wall place that looks like it would be more at home in Bulgaria) so I suppose it starts early.
