The main session in Buxton is Club Acoustic which takes place on certain Wednesdays at the Old Clubhouse (the watering-hole next door to the Opera House). I've not been to one of their regular sessions for at least a decade a decade so I can't tell you which ones.

There are many sessions in the surrounding sticks (went to one last night in Bradwell) but you'll need to be prepared to travel.
