McConnell just stood in the Senate and said they won't consider the nomination, he kept referring to "the Biden rule" as if it was an actual thing, and not just another mis-statement that Joe has delivered during the years. You can find a Biden opinion on just about anything, and many of them contradict themselves. A hypothetical should not trump the actual event.
