Odds are there are a couple of more justices who will be retiring or otherwise exiting the court one of these days, sooner rather than later. The numbers are in favor of the next president appointing up to three justices. Breyer, Ginsberg, and Kennedy are late-70s/early 80s now. Especially if that president has 8 years in office.
