Would it be possible to find an update for Her Indoors IT skills? If so you might want consider having a look at moving to Win 7. That wasn't too bad an OS from Microsoft. Actually its the last one I'd recommend, the more recent iterations of the Microsoft OS is best summarised in one word: BOLLOCKS!
