Is this studio in the new place or a shed out back? I've forgotten.

I turned on one of the house air conditioner units and have it set at about 85. That way if it gets really hot this will turn on and remove some of the moisture from the air. By evening it cools and I can use a ceiling fan.

A friend stopped by yesterday, her mother is visiting and they were looking at my vegetable garden. She always has great advice (and is the agent who got me the 3% mortgage refinance on the house a few years ago). She likes the idea of more eBay - as a job, not just as a hobby. But it means stepping up a lot on acquiring things to sell, and first I think I need to sell what's already here.
