He had been in declining health for quite some time and had to cancel the last run of shows he had scheduled - several months to a year ago. His biography, "Without Getting Killed or Caught", is due out in Oct. 2016, and a documentary film by the same title is also in progress. Advance trailer of the film is available on Youtube.
